Elk River House of Prayer

For many years, I took this for granted. God was always there to hear my prayers, right? If I took the time, He would be waiting for my list of needs and wants. But if you think about it, we’re talking about the Almighty ONE who flung the galaxies into place with but a word! The creator of all things, the King over all, Yahweh, Elohim. How do we as mere human creatures have the audacity to think we could possibly have any kind of fellowship with this One? He who is so transcendent, so utterly holy that to look upon His face would mean instant death to our physical bodies?

Yet, this is the desire of God - fellowship with mankind. This fellowship is deep intimacy, Heart to heart, Spirit to spirit.
