As a part of Jesus' Church throughout the world, we exist to serve the whole church through intercession, worship and teaching. We believe wholeheartedly that God desires to accomplish significant things in our city and this region, some that will even touch the world. We believe that there is an invitation to the Church to partner with Him in this area in seeing these things come to pass. But in this, as He has done historically, He wants His people to come into agreement with what is on His heart through prayer and that is why we are here. As we take our place in intercession before Him, agreeing with what He wants to do in our city, He will move in ways greater than we can imagine. Our heart is for the Church, the Bride of Christ and for the lost to come into an amazing knowledge of Jesus Christ—far greater than we have today. In the past, these have been called revivals and awakenings. We believe that God wants to move again in these ways and as we come to the end of this age, we are also seeking the greatest harvest of souls man has ever known. God desires a praying Church agreeing with Him in this. That is our role. Few are called to walk in this fulltime, but the whole church is called to unceasing prayer and we are here to model, lead and encourage the whole Church in this.

We believe that only the sixty-six books of the Bible are the inspired and, therefore, inerrant Word of God. The Bible is the final authority for all we believe and how we are to live. (Mt. 5:18; Jn.10:35, 17:17; 2 Tim. 3:16–17; 2 Pet. 1:20–21)
We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully God and fully man; that He was conceived and born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and offered Himself as a penal, substitutionary sacrifice for sinners. By His blood shed at the cross, He obtained for us eternal redemption, the forgiveness of sins and life everlasting. He was raised bodily on the third day and ascended to the right hand of the Father, there to make intercession for the saints forever. (Mt. 1:18–25; Jn. 1:1–18; Rom. 8:34; 1 Cor. 15:1–28; 2 Cor. 5:21; Gal. 3:10–14; Eph. 1:7; Phil. 2:6–11; Col. 1:15–23; Heb. 7:25, 9:13–15, 10:19; 1 Pet. 2:21–25; 1 Jn. 2:1–2)

Jesus quoted Isaiah1 when he cleaned out the temple saying, "My house shall be called A House of Prayer for all nations."  Since we are called temples of the Holy Spirit2, each of us is called to be a House of Prayer as we turn our hearts towards Jesus in words of love, worship, and intercession. But He does not expect us to remain isolated.  In the scope of what He is doing in the earth today and according to 1 Peter 2:5, we are called to be this corporate House of Prayer, many individuals, but one House - many gatherings, but one House - many regions, but one House.

In response to Jesus' words that if we keep asking, we will receive (Matt 7:7) we continually pray for these points and many more.  As the basis of our prayer, we use scripture (particularly the prayers of Jesus and the apostles) knowing that if we ask for what God has already spoken and what Jesus and His apostles prayed, then we know we're praying within the will of our Father in heaven.

Our Mission

We exist to stand in agreement with the heart of God.  Through worship we will agree that He alone is God and through intercession we will agree with the desires of His heart. From this place of agreement, we will intercede for the Church as she prepares for the physical return of Jesus, her Bridegroom God. In intimate partnership with our Beloved, we will ask Him to move in the Elk River area & beyond, that He would draw all people to Himself in love.

Our Vision

To effect a change in the spiritual atmosphere of our region by building a furnace of intercession through night and day prayer.

We are asking God to establish His House of Prayer where we can stand in agreement with Him for the Elk River area, soaking the region in prayer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
